Zongo African Street Food started with one goal in mind—to share the flavors I grew up with in Ghana in a way that feels real, exciting, and true to who I am. Inspired by the busy food scenes of Accra and Kumasi, I turned my love for cooking into something bigger, moving from my own kitchen to a full restaurant where I could serve the same bold, soulful dishes to others. I care about presentation, consistency, and giving people an experience that feels both familiar and new.
